UNPAK - The role of the teacher is needed to help students in the learning process so that the material can be understood optimally.

A teacher is not just teaching in front of the class, but must be able to inspire students.

The process of implementing learning in the 2013 curriculum requires the ability of teachers in the IT field, especially in making learning media easy and interesting because learning in the 2013 curriculum consists of observing, asking, reasoning, trying and communicating.

The assessment conducted in the 2013 curriculum includes three domains, namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor.

The purpose of this PKM is to provide assistance in the development of powerpoint slide learning media on 2013 curriculum learning on theme 1 about objects in the surrounding environment for fifth grade elementary school students.

Some problems in the Central Bogor District include some teachers who do not yet have the competence in using effective learning media.

The learning process must apply the 2013 curriculum with a scientific approach, this requires teachers to master IT in designing learning devices.

One solution to the problem is to carry out training for teachers at the school by providing theoretical material, the practice of making PowerPoint slides, to evaluating through the assessment of Drill Practice methods.

So expect seriousness in the implementation of the training so that the implementation of the training can bring benefits to various parties.

The implementation of the Community Service activities was officially formalized by the Chairperson of the Central Bogor Cluster Drs. Nizar, S.Pd., MM. Held on Thursday, January 11, 2019 the place in SDN Courts 2 Bogor Tengah Bogor City.

Speakers at the PKSD PGM Team were Elly Sukmanasa, M.Pd., Lina Novita, S.Sn., M.Pd and Fitri Siti Sundari, M.Pd. and assisted by several PGSD students.

This event activity was funded by a grant from the University in the academic year 2019-2020.

Powerpoint slide learning media can improve the interesting learning process, so students are more motivated in learning.

Teachers can teach more easily because previously limited material can be developed in accordance with learning objectives, namely increasing learning outcomes in learning with theme 1 about objects in the surrounding environment, according to the 2013 curriculum.

The creation of an interactive PowerPoint slide product, so that learning objectives are expected to be achieved in line with expectations.
