Muhammad Mihradi: The New Regent Must Respond to the Industrial Revolution 4.0

UNPAK - The elected Regent and Deputy Regent Ade Yasin and Iwan Setiawan must work extra hard. There is a digital-based industry 4.0 development that requires quality human resources.
This must be responded with an action plan that is able to accelerate HR with market challenges.
This was stated by the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Pakuan University Muhammad Mihradi to BOGOR-KITA.com, Saturday (12/29/2018), responding to the inauguration of Ade Yasin - Iwan Setiawan by Governor of the West Java Ridwan Kamil at Gedung Sate Bandung, Sunday (12/30/2018) ) and Sertijab in Cibinong, Monday (12/31/2018).
Mihradi who is also an expert on state administration law said that the residents gave a lot of hope to the new regent so that Bogor Regency would always be in the forefront in all fields.
"We are confident that the model of Mrs. Ade Yasin and Pak Iwan's approach which is always easy to establish communication with the public can be a great social capital," he said.
As citizens and academics Mihradi congratulated on the inauguration of Mrs. Ade and Mr. Iwan who will lead Bogor regency going forward.
