Human Resources / Personnel Payroll Outsourcing Services Staff
Job Description :
To support Human Resources / Personnel Payroll Outsourcing Services to GASI's customers, Human Resources / Personnel & Payroll Administrative works and telemarketing activity.
Job Category :
Administartor, Data Analyst, Customers Services, Small Team Projects member, Clerk.
Responsibility :
1. Learn and keep up-to-date in Human Resources / Personnel & Payroll World
(business processes, concept, rules, cases, and technology)
2. Perform Human Resources / Personnel & Payroll taskas requested by customer
3. Perform scheduled and/or add-hoc processing according to Standard Procedure
4. Respond to customer inquiries
5. Mantain Customer Database
6. Monitor supplies (salary slip forms, ribbon, etc)
7. Maintain Standard Procedure
8. Prepare Minutes of Meetings
9. Perform administrative tasks as assigned
10. Backup other staff when not available
11. Support Sales Departement for telemarketing assignment
12. Liaise with Customer or Payroll issues
13. Work according to tight shedule and deadline without compromise
Qualification :
1. Male or famale
2. From any major (available for last semester of collgian)
3. Minimum of 3.0 GPA will be an advantage
4. Understand HR & Payroll business processes
5. Understand most HR & Payroll concepts
6. Understand and keep up-to-date with government regulation (especially related to Income Tax)
7. Accounting knwoledge and / or experience is an advantage
8. Computer Literate
9. Experienced in using following software :
10. Microsoft Windows; Advanced Microsoft Excel (basic formula function, filter, lookups, pivot, etc)
literacy; Microsoft Word; Microsoft Power Point; Email systems; Adobe Acrobat; WinZiIP
11. Good communication skill.
12. Able to write and / or speak in English
13. Willing to be assigned at customer office
14. Occasionally work after office hours without overtime allowance
15. Honest, reliable, good integrity, trsutworthy and have strong interpersonal
16. Able to work independently
17. Able to work efficiently with high accuracy
